Later on his Son Sardar Onkar Singh Passionate of Photography & travelling took over the business inspired by his father as full time. In the year 1980 He started “KASHMIR TOURIST COMPLEX” which was the First 2 star Hotel in Punjab. His Son Prabjot Singh always assisted his Father in Promoting the hotel .He used to organised events like Marriages ,Birthday parties for the guests which was a new concept in the locality.

Having gained experience for over 30 years has envisioned that hospitality industry is the future growth& inspired by his grandfather’s teachings ventured with a Vision in the Event Management industry by starting the Marriage Palace “KASHMIR GARDENS“ with new Trends & Themes in the Decorations, Music & cultural Programmes, who look for perfect place to celebrate their functions being Weddings, Reception, Corporate Events etc.
